Hiya, Furinkan, and welcome to the wiki! :)
I believe that on the normal Quests page, there's blurb about exactly what you said - that each deployed ally adds 10% EXP. It also notes that the experience amounts listed will always assume max allies have been deployed.
For consistency, I think that should therefore probably be the default for event related experience as well (unless, for some reason, we note otherwise!). -Kattiara (talk)
