Purchasing a 5 Star Plus Pack 70 granted you a guaranteed 5★ or higher unit, with discounted special prices for the first two draws. There was only one new unit, but supposedly this pack offers higher chances of pulling the 12* event unit.
New units were introduced: 12★ Elta. All new units gave bonuses in The Golden Coast, a Clash Event and Elders of Edda, Team Event all other units were reprints and did not grant bonuses.
