Pulling a Three Step Pack granted units, guaranteed 5★ or higher. Each subsequent step increased the chances for 7★+ units:

Three Step Packs 18 introduced the following new units: 10★ Verseau, 9★ Poissone, 8★ Belier, and 7★ Draco; 6★ Sagittaire was also included and added to Standard Card Packs. All new units gave bonuses in the Gifts from the Sea event. All other units were reprints and did not offer bonuses.
