How It Works

Defeat Herbalists in Training to gain BT Pts. Earn BT Pts to secure a high rank. Higher ranks give rare prizes!

You can also gain rewards by collecting Mandragora - an item that drops from Herbalists when you defeat them.

Fighting the Herbalists

Defeating Herbalists will give you BT for ranking and mandrake for rewards. You can randomly encounter them in any training mission. You can also encounter King Mandragora who will be a random level between 20 and 200. Defeating him gives a large amount of EXP and Mandragora, but no BT or Luna.

Bosses appear during training. You can use fairy dust when you encounter them to deploy two units, otherwise you can only deploy one unit and call up to three allies who have sent aid.

The fewer attempts it takes you to defeat an Herbalist, the more BT Pts you will earn.

BT Points

BT Points awarded for killing a boss is dependent on the level of the boss.
The formula is:

BT Points = (Base + (Level x Multiplier)) x Fever

Base is the minimum BT Points awarded if the boss is at level 0. Bosses with higher rarity have higher base value.

Level is the level of the boss.

Multiplier is a constant value that affects how much more rewarding each extra level the boss has. Bosses with higher rarity have higher multiplier value.

Fever refers to the bonus when the boss is encountered+defeated while in Fever Time. The bonus is a constant 1.5x of the original BT Points.

Note that value is always rounded off down, and Fever Time bonus is applied in the formula BEFORE the final value is being rounded off down.

The Base & Multiplier values for various bosses are as follow:

Rosemary, Bergamot, Fennel (4★ Bosses) - Base:150, Multiplier:7.5

Agastache (5★ Boss) - Base:450, Multiplier:22.5 (3x of 4★ Bosses)

Marjoram (6★ Boss) - Base:1200, Multiplier:60 (8x of 4★ Bosses)

King Mangadora - Base:0, Multiplier:0

Re-attempting the same boss does not incur any penalties to the BT Points awarded.

EXP Points

EXP Points are awarded for defeating the bosses.
The formula is:

EXP = (Base + (Multiplier x Level^2)) x Ally

Base refers to the amount of EXP awarded if the boss is at level 0. Bosses with higher rarity have higher base value.

Level is the level of the boss.

Multipler is a constant value that affects how much more rewarding each extra level the boss has. Bosses with higher rarity have higher multiplier value.

Ally refers to Ally bonus of 10% each for each ally deployed.

Note that value is always rounded off down, and Ally bonuses are applied in the formula BEFORE the final value is being rounded off down.

Rosemary, Bergamot, Fennel (4★ Bosses) - Base:70, Multiplier:0.175

Agastache (5★ Boss) - Base:100, Multiplier:0.25

Marjoram (6★ Boss) - Base:250, Multiplier:0.625

King Mandragora - Base:2500, Multiplier:6.25

Re-attempting the same boss does not incur any penalties to the EXP Points awarded.
Fever Time has no effect on the EXP Points awarded.

Fever Time

Fever time activates randomly during training and lasts for a few minutes. Any bosses encountered and defeated during fever time give an extra 50% rewards.

Requesting Assistance

Every hour you can request assistance. Requests are sent to all your allies and a handful of other random players. Assisting allies costs 1 training points and gives you 10 BT + 1 Mandragora. Once you assist an ally they can call you once to help with a boss. You may also send a Magic Arrow instead of assisting which will damage the next boss they encounter and raise the rewards the boss gives. Sending a magic arrow gives you 1000 Mandragora and 3200 BT.

Event Units

Having an event unit as your leader increases the rarity of bosses you encounter and the damage that magic arrows sent to you by allies. It does not affect King Mandragora encounter rates.
