On March 1, 2013, we experienced some issues with some of the panel settings in the Trials of Sol-lune event. The problem has since been resolved.

• Note: All BT Pts earned, as well as Individual BT Pt rewards, are functioning correctly.

We'd like to take the opportunity to apologize for any inconvenience you may have experienced. As a token of our sincerity, please accept the following recompense.

Recipients: Any player that has registered with FANTASICA before March 1, 2013, 1:00am PST/PDT.

Recompense: 5 Moon Tickets

Valid Time Period: March 1, 2013, 1:30am PST/PDT - March 8, 2013, 2:00am PST/PDT

Receiving Method: Access your "My Page" at any time during the Valid Time Period and 5 Moon Tickets will be sent "From the Fanta team" to your Inbox.

• If you do not access your "My Page" within the Valid Time Period, then you will not receive 5 Moon Tickets regardless of whether you are a Recipient or not.

The following is a list a changes from today's maintenance:

1. The limited time event, Trials of the Sol-lune! begins today.
   • Trials of the Sol-lune! will be available starting February 28, 2013 right after maintenance and end on March 8, 2013 at 2:00 am PST/PDT.
   • The Trials of the Sol-lune! event schedule, as well as content, may be subject to change without prior notice.
2. For a limited time, the Step Up Pack: Season 3, will be available via the Card Pack page.
   • Step Up Packs: Season 3 will be starting February 28, 2013 right after maintenance and end on March 8, 2013 at 2:00 am PST/PDT.
   • The content and availability of Step Up Packs may be subject to change without prior notice.

How to Receive Your The House of the Heartless Event Rank Rewards

Follow the procedure outlined below to receive your The House of the Heartless event rank rewards.

1. Proceed to The House of the Heartless event page from your Main Page.
2. Tap either the "Final BT Pts Ranking" button or the "Final Victory Ranking" button to view your final rank.
3. Hit the receive button on the bottom of the Ranking page to have your rewards (where applicable) sent to your Inbox.
4. Check your Inbox for your rewards.

The cutoff date for accepting rewards is March 7, 2013 (2:00am PST/PDT).

If you do not hit the Receive button before this time, you will NOT receive your rewards regardless of eligibility. The cutoff date may be subject to change without prior warning.

We will be performing system maintenance on Febuary 26, from 2:00 am to 2:30 am PST/PDT, to prepare for a system update. During this time, you will be unable to access or play the game.

This maintenance will also mark the end of The Maiden Pack.

   • Get free items just for logging in every day! Get a 4★ Plus ticket for your fifth login during the celebration!

The 1,000,000 DOWNLOADS CELEBRATION Login Bonus Campaign will start on Febuary 21, 2013 right after maintenance and end on March 8, 2013 at 2:00 am PST/PDT.
