We have recently confirmed the following issue:

Players did not receive Prayer Beads x 1 for their 11th login.

We'd like to take the opportunity to apologize for any inconvenience you may have experienced due to the above.

As a token of our sincerity, we would like to offer the following recompense.

Recipients: Any player that registered with Fantasica up until February 6, 2014, 7:00 pm PST/PDT.

Recompense: Prayer Beads x 1

Valid Time Period: February 6, 2014, 7:00 pm PST/PDT - February 7, 2012, 2:00 am PST/PDT

Receiving Method: Access your "My Page" at any time during the Valid Time Period and the recompense will be sent "From the Fanta team" to your Inbox.

• If you do not access your "My Page" within the Valid Time Period, then you will not receive the recompense regardless of whether you are a Recipient or not.

We apologize again for any inconvenience this may have caused.

Notice for Maintenance

Thank you for playing FANTASICA.

We will be performing system maintenance on February 7, from 2:00 am to 5:00 am PST/PDT, to prepare for a system update. During this time, you will be unable to access or play the game.

• Please note that maintenance times may be subject to change without prior notice.

Furthermore, the following ongoing events / sales will conclude with the maintenance on the date above.

1. Event: The limited-time event, Little Shack of Horrors will draw to a close.
2. Card Packs: Step Up Packs Season 15 will no longer be available.
3. Card Packs: Dream Packs Season 8 will no longer be available.
4. Card Packs: Fortune Bag packs will no longer be available.
5. Card Packs Extras: Prayer Beads will no longer be included in any purchases.

We apologize for any inconvenience this downtime may cause.

BT Pts Rewards Misprint

The listing for the BT Pts required to receive the Prayer Beads x 7 on the event rules contained the following error.

Correct: 900000 BT Pts　Prayer Beads x 7

The above error has been corrected.

Event rewards reflect the amended text.

There was a technical difficulty where Potion(P) x 7 was being sent out as the reward for 1350000 BT Pts instead of the correct Time Elixir(P) x 7.

The problem has since been resolved.

We'd like to take the opportunity to apologize for any inconvenience you may have experienced.

The following recompense will be sent after the maintenance on February 7, 2014.

Recipients

Any player that reached 1350000 BT Pts (during the Little Shack of Horrors event) before February 4, 2014, 7:04 pm PST/PDT.

1. Little Shack of Horrors Head Start Rankings Announced
   • For more details, check out the Head Start Ranking banner on your Main Page.
     • Head Start Rank Rewards will be sent directly to your Inbox.
2. New Boss, Lampy, now appearing in some Horror Quests.
   • Lampy is a powerful, new boss that can only be damaged with the help of certain Season 15 Step Up Pack units or any of the units available as an event-exclusive reward.
   • Defeating Lampy will offer even more BT Pts than your normal Horror Quests.
