Check your Inbox for your rewards.
The cutoff date for accepting rewards is Mar. 1, 2014 at 2:00 am PST/PDT. Get them quick!
If you do not hit the Receive button before this time, you will NOT receive your rewards regardless of eligibility. The cutoff date may be subject to change without prior warning.

Roll the Dice! Event Rank Reward Title Issue
Players ranked 200 through 350 in the Roll the Dice! event did not receive their Gambler title. The title will sent during the February 27 maintenace.

February 18 Connection Issues On February 18, 2014, we experienced some connection issues between 7:30 to 8:30 pm PST. The problem has since been resolved. We'd like to take the opportunity to apologize for any inconvenience you may have experienced.

There was an unforseen technical difficulty with Murasaki's HP settings.

- A number of newly added units, found only in Season 9 Dream Packs, will offer special bonuses during the A Fairy in the Hand gifting event.

Royal♡ Trouble Princess Love Pt Rewards Issue
The reward for earning 90000 Love Pts for any of the princesses was listed as Potion(P) x 3 in the rules.
Players who earned 90000 Love Pts for Princess Elly and Princess Celia were rewarded with Potion x 3.
All players may keep their earned rewards.

- We are experiencing a technical difficulty where Soul Stone(S)s dropped during Training are displayed as torches.
- Please be assured that the Soul Stones dropped function normally as Soul Stones and that Inventory counts are not affected.

There was a technical difficulty where Potion(P) x 7 was being sent out as the reward for 1350000 BT Pts instead of the correct Time Elixir(P) x 7.
