Star Packs were introduced in November, 2016. Five new, exclusive units were introduced based on voting results from the Time to Shine event.

Based on earned items from the Time to Shine event:
Star Tickets could be used to draw from Star Packs, which had a chance at the winning unit.
Star SP Tickets could be used to draw from Star SP Packs which gave a higher chance for the winning unit.
Star DX Tickets could be used to draw from Star DX Packs which guaranteed the winning 11★ Schedar.
