Step Up Packs 39 was introduced on October 10th, 2014. This included one new, exclusive 8★ card, Hel, and new, one exclusive 7★ card, Rujevit.
Step Up Packs are purchased in a tiered order with the increased costs as well as increased bonuses with each tier. Progress on purchasing Steps is permanent. Upon completion of step 6, both steps 6 and 7 became repeatable. Note that by using the Step 7 Ticket from Hello Fall Login Bonuses players could pull 12 units at Step 7.
New units in Step Up Packs 39 gave bonuses for The Fantasica Chronicles 13 event.
