■Clepsydra Unleash Fix

We have detected an issue where Unleashing 10★ Clepsydra would result in a display error. To remedy this, we have taken Fantasica down for a brief, emergency maintenance.

We apologize for the inconvenience both the maintenance, and the original display issue, may have caused.

As a token of our sincerity, we'd like to offer the following recompense to all players: Potion(P) x 10.

Additional recompense will be sent out to players who unleashed 10★ Clepysdra prior to the fix.

■The FANTASICA Chronicles: Shogun's Sovereignty - 19th Battle

This is an update regarding the 19th Guild Event battle, which was affected by yesterday's Mobage connectivity issue.

In order to ensure fairness in the rankings, all Team Guild Points accumulated during the 19th battle will be reset to the point count reflected as of the end of the 18th battle.

The point reset will take place during the September 15, 2015 maintenance.

Individual Guild Pts and Victory Counts will remain unaffected.

In addition, all Potions and Bushido Tonics used during the event will be returned to users as Potions during today's maintenance.

It was previously stated that the number of 10★ Beta Tickets required to exchange for 10★ units was nine.

The number of tickets required has now been changed from nine to eight tickets.

From the next exchange period (10★ Gamma Ticket) onward, the number of tickets required to exchange for a 10★ unit will be nine.

■Login Bonus Issue

We have discovered that for the 10th Login Bonus, fewer 5★ Plus Tickets were distributed than intended.

The two missing tickets have been distributed to all affected players.

■Blades in Spades Participation Reward

It recently came to our attention that certain users were unable to claim their 20 Battle Participation Reward for the Blades in Spades event.
