To players who did not receive their The Color of Vengeance rank reward titles

There was a technical difficulty where players who received their The Color of Vengeance Ranking Rewards before Sept. 27 at 5:06 am PDT/PST did not receive their reward titles.

The title rewards will be sent during the next maintenance on October 2, 2013 to any affected players.

The following is a list of changes from today's maintenance:

1. For a limited time, Step Up Packs: Season 10, will be available via the Card Pack page.
   • Season 10 packs include new units that offer advantages to those participating in the Call of the Desert event.
     • Check out the AUTUMN SALE too!

   • Step Up Packs: Season 10 will be available starting September 27, 2013 right after maintenance and end on October 8, 2013 at 2:00 am PST/PDT.

2. The limited-time event, Call of the Desert, begins today.
   • This event will also feature Head Start Rewards
     • Head Start Rankings will be calculated at 2:00 am PST/PDT on October 2, 2013.
   • During the Call of the Desert event, you will receive bonus items each day you log in.
   • Call of the Desert will be available starting from September 27, 2013, right after maintenance and end on October 8, 2013, at 2:00 am PST/PDT.
   • Call of the Desert event content and times may be subject to change without prior notice.

How to Receive Your The Color of Vengeance Event Rank Rewards

Follow the procedure outlined below to receive your The Color of Vengeance event rank rewards.

Proceed to the The Color of Vengeance event page from your Main Page. ↓ Go to the ranking page by hitting the BT Pts Ranking and Battle Ranking buttons in the middle of the page. ↓ Hit the Receive button on the bottom of the Ranking pages and your rewards will be sent to your Inbox. ↓ Check your Inbox for your rewards.

The cutoff date for accepting rewards is October 15, 2013 at 2:00 am (PST/PDT).

If you do not hit the Receive button before this time, you will NOT receive your rewards regardless of eligibility. The cutoff date may be subject to change without prior warning.

The following is a list of changes from today's maintenance:

1. New Card Packs：Challenger Packs
   • For a limited time, Challenger Packs will be available via the Card Pack page.
   • Challenger Packs will be on available from September 24, 2013, post-maintenance and end on October 8, 2013, at 2:00 am PST/PDT.
   • A number of new added units, found only in these Challenger Packs, will offer special bonuses during the Color of Vengeance event and the upcoming Call of the Desert event.
   • Additionally, Rage Fruit(L), an item useable during the The Color of Vengeance event, will come bundled with purchases of Challenger Packs now.
   • Challenger Packs are a new type of card pack. They are unique in that you only have 3 chances to draw but are guaranteed a 5★ or better. Please check the banner on your My Page for more details.

Purchase Related Difficulties for iOS Players

We have received reports that a portion of our players, specifically iOS users who have recently upgraded to iOS 7, are experiencing some difficulties when attempting to purchase Fanta Pts from within the game.

Details: Fanta Pts packages available for purchase are not showing up properly within the Mobage client.

Status: We are working to resolve the issue. Until then, please use the following method to purchase Fanta Pts.

Purchasing Fanta Pts:

Tap the Mobage icon in the upper right side of your screen to access the Mobage client → tap Fanta Pts in the lower left.

We apologize for any inconvience this may have caused and will make another announcement once a fix is in place.

On September 17, 2013, there was an issue with the Arena Season 3 event. The Drain Attack arena skill caused the game to freeze during arena battles. Only for the remainder of the Arena Season 3 event, the Drain Attack will be replaced by the new Critical Shot arena skill.

• The Drain Attack will be useable from the next Arena event.

We'd like to take the opportunity to apologize for any inconvenience you may have experienced. As a token of our sincerity, please accept the following recompense.

Deadline to Receive Event Rewards has been Rescheduled! The rules for the Starfall Bluff event stated:

The deadline to receive any event-related reward is September 24, 2013 at 2:00 am PST/PDT.

4. Soul Stone(L)s Included in Some Purchases.

How to Receive Your Sea Paradise Splash!! Event Rewards:

Follow the procedure outlined below to receive your Sea Paradise Splash!! event rewards.

Proceed to the Sea Paradise Splash!! event page from your Main Page. ↓ To receive your Rank rewards, tap the "Final BT Pts Ranking" button. ↓ Hit the "Receive" button on the bottom of the Ranking page to have your rewards (where applicable) sent to your Inbox.

To receive your Shiny Shell Rewards, hit the "Receive Shiny Shell Rewards" button to go to the Shiny Shell Rewards page. ↓ Then hit the "Receive" button for each unlocked reward you have.

Check your Inbox for your rewards.

The cutoff date for accepting both types of rewards is Sept. 24, 2013 (2:00 am PST/PDT).
