We experienced some issues with Soul Stone(L)s not being sent to players who purchased Hyper Packs. The issue has since been resolved.
We'd like to take the opportunity to apologize for any inconvenience you may have experienced. As a token of our sincerity, please accept the following recompense.
Recipients: Any player that has pulled the Hyper Packs from November 28, 2013 post-maintenance to November 29, 2013 1:44 am PST/PDT.
Recompense: The appropriate number of Soul Stone(L)s you did not receive in error.
Receiving Method: Recipients may access their "My Page" at any time and the Soul Stone(L)s will be sent "From the Fanta team" to their Inboxes.
We apologize again for any inconvenience the above may have caused.

■Legacy Starter Pack and Super Box Notice
While the button for the Legacy Starter Pack states that the first pack is 100 Fanta Pts, the description states that it is 85 Fanta Pts. The 100 Fanta Pts on the button is correct.
Additionally, the button for the Legacy Super Box has "Challenger Packs" displayed on it. "Legacy Super Box" is correct.
We apologize for any confusion this may cause.

■The following is a list of changes from today's maintenance:
1) For a limited time, Step Up Packs: Season 12 will be available via the Card Pack page.
There are two 7★ units in Season 12 Step Up Packs, including the BRAND NEW 7★ unit, Romulus, Hero of Old! Look out for Vanessa, Beauty in Motion as well! The new Step Up Packs: Season 12 units will give you bonuses during the My Teacher is a Demon!! event so get them now!
The Therion Academy series have also been added to the Season 12 Step Up Packs and they'll give you bonuses now too! Season 12 Step Up Packs will be available from November 28, 2013, post-maintenance to December 10, 2013, at 2:00 am PST/PDT.
Additionally, Magic Pins, a new item useable during My Teacher is a Demon!! event, and Soul Stone(L)s will come bundled with purchases of Step Up Packs.
The content and availability of Step Up Packs may be subject to change without prior notice.
2) Event Bonus Items
Magic Pins which offer special bonuses during My Teacher is a Demon!! event, and Soul Stone(L)s which can be used to help recruit monsters now come bundled with some premium purchases. Check the Card Pack page for more details!

3) The limited-time event, My Teacher is a Demon!!, begins today.
My Teacher is a Demon!! will be available starting from November 28, 2013, right after maintenance and end on December 10, 2013, at 2:00 am PST/PDT.

4) The Magic Summit Guardian Monster Recruitment begins today.
Monster Recruitment will be available starting from November 28, 2013, right after maintenance and end on December 10, 2013, at 2:00 am PST/PDT.

5) Demon Texts are now available for sale at the Shop!
Demon Texts will increase the number of your own units that you can summon to do battle with the powerful Demon Teachers.
A Demon Text costs 100 MobaCoins/Fanta Pts for 1, or 1000 MobaCoins/Fanta Pts for 12.
6) Shop Sale
Demon Texts, as well as a Shop Sale, can be found on the Shop page starting November 28, 2013, post-maintenance, and will remain until maintenance begins on December 10, 2013.
The Demon Text button for 1000 Fanta Pts currently says 12 Sea Shards, but please be assured that it will give you 12 Demon Texts. The button will be replaced with the correct during the next maintenance.

There was a technical difficulty where quests would not give out Wood Souls. The problem has since been resolved.

Valid Time Period: November 21, 2013, 2:00am PST/PDT - November 28, 2013, 2:00am PST/PDT
Receiving Method: Access your "My Page" at any time during the Valid Time Period and 15 Wood Souls will be sent "From the Fanta team" to your Inbox.
- If you do not access your "My Page" within the Valid Time Period, then you will not receive the 15 Wood Souls regardless of whether you are a Recipient or not.

There is currently an issue where Hero Pts cannot be obtained by using Twitter.
We are working on a fix and the issue will be resolved during the November 21st maintenance.

Dream5(S) Ticket and Dream4(S) Ticket Name Display Issue
We are currently experiencing a technical difficulty where newly acquired Dream5(S) Tickets are being displayed as Dream4(S) Tickets, and previously acquired Dream4(S) Tickets are being displayed as Dream5(S) Tickets.
This name display issue will be fixed during the November 14th maintenance.
Until then the tickets currently displayed as Dream4(S) Tickets can be used to pull Dream Packs.
