Arena Rewards Recompense

At the closing of the maintenance on March 29, we experienced an issue where Arena Ranking Rewards we not distributed properly. The error has since been rectified. For those players who enhanced Arcadia, Patrick, or Mabel BEFORE we could properly redistribute the rewards, we'd like to offer the following recompense for every 10 levels you enhanced said units:

• 4★ Plus Ticket x 1
• 4★ Unit card (lvl 80) x 1

Additionally, if you spent any Ambrosia level-breaking one of the above units (before the issue was resolved), we will also send an equal amount of Ambrosia to your Inbox.

Affected players will also receive 10000 Luna.

The above recompense will be sent to your Inbox at the conclusion of the NEXT scheduled maintenance.

We apologize again for any inconvenience the above may have caused.

On a final note, this notice will serve as the answer to any future questions you may have about the issues listed above.

At the closing of today's maintenance, we experienced an issue where Arena Ranking Rewards we not distributed properly.

Details

Arena Rank Rewards were not distributed properly.

As a result, all rewards that were improperly distributed will be rescinded, and then replaced, with their proper equivalents.

Furthermore, any trades active at the start of the emergency maintenance have been cancelled.

We'd like to take the opportunity to apologize for any inconvenience you may have experienced.

As a token of our sincerity, please accept the following recompense.

Finally, we ask that any players who had their Leaders set to any of the units mentioned above (Arcadia, Patrick, Mabel), please reassign your Leader units at your earliest convenience.

   • Dark Deeds will be available starting March 29, 2013 right after maintenance and end on April 8, 2013 at 2:00 am PST/PDT.
   • The Dark Deeds event schedule, as well as content, may be subject to change without prior notice.
2. For a limited time, the Step Up Pack: Season 4, will be available via the Card Pack page.
   • Step Up Packs: Season 4 will offer increased chances to draw a new unit, Princess units, and of course, 6★ units.
   • Step Up Packs: Season 4 will be available starting March 29, 2013 right after maintenance and end on April 8, 2013 at 2:00 am PST/PDT.
   • The content and availability of Step Up Packs may be subject to change without prior notice.

How to Receive Your The Arena Event Rank Rewards:

Follow the procedure outlined below to receive your The Arena event rank rewards.

1. Proceed to The Arena event page from your Main Page.
2. Tap either the "Arena Daily Ranking" button or the "Arena Total Ranking" button to view your final rank.
3. Hit the Receive button on the bottom of the Ranking page to have your rewards (where applicable) sent to your Inbox.
4. Check your Inbox for your rewards.

The cutoff date for accepting both types of rewards is Apr 5, 2013 (2:00 am PST/PDT).

If you do not hit the Receive button before this time, you will NOT receive your rewards regardless of eligibility. The cutoff date may be subject to change without prior warning.

Event Item - Smoke Signal Exchange Those of you who have unused Smoke Signals from the Emerald X Shadow Shakedown! will have them converted into an equal number of Potions. These potions will be sent to your Inbox.

All Luna that should have been earned during the Time listed above, will be sent to your Inbox at the conclusion of the Arena event. As further recompense, we'd like to give you 3 Arena Tickets, which will also be sent to your Inbox. They should appear as being "From the Fanta team," so take them with our apologies.

EXP Display Error

We are currently experiencing the following technical difficulties:

Level-broken units who were previously at level cap are not having their EXP gains correctly shown on the results screen after an Arena bout.

Please be assured that units are correctly receiving their EXP awards and the error is only in the display.

If you wish to confirm EXP gains made by said units, please check out your unit list after entering the Quest selection screen.

We are aware of the problem and are working on rectifying the situation for future events.

The following is a list a changes from today's maintenance:

1. The limited-time event, The Arena: Season 1, begins today.
   • The Arena is new event that features two modes: Tournament Mode and Survival Mode.
   • Season 1 features the following restriction - all participating units must cost 25 or less.
   • Arena Tickets are required to participate in the Arena event.
   • The Arena: Season 1 will start on March 25, 2013, right after maintenance and end on March 29, 2013 at 2:00 am PST/PDT.
   • NOTE: Event times may be subject to change without prior notice.
   • NOTE: All trading during the Arena event will be disabled!
2. New unit cards with Arena skills have been added.
   • Units with Arena skills will have a chance of appearing in Premium Card Packs, Premium Boxes, and Premium Megaboxes. Also, for a limited time, your chances at getting one of these new units will be tripled.
   • Arena skills are a new type of skill only active during the Arena event!
   • Additionally, some existing units have been upgraded with Arena skills! During the arena event, they will also be 3x easier to draw! Good luck!
   • Furthermore, all premium purchases comes with Arena Ticket(s).
   • Card Packs may be subject to change without prior notice.
3. Two new additions - Level Break and Leana's Exchange Shop
   • Level Break is a brand-new system where you can use Ambrosia to increase the maximum level of your units.
   • You can get Ambrosia from Leana's Swap Shop - a new feature that allows you to swap unwanted items and units for new, random items.
   • Leana's Exchange Shop will run from March 25, 2013, after maintenance until a currently undetermined date.
   • To Level Break a unit, tap the Enhance / Level Break button from your main page. Next, tap the Enhance button next to the unit you want to level break and then hit the Level Break button when it appears next to the desired unit.
   • The content and availability of the Level Break system, as well as Leana's Exchange Shop, may be subject to change without prior notice.
   • Boost Fest is up!
   • The Boost Fest will be available starting from March 25, 2013 right after maintenance and end on March 29, 2013 at 2:00 am PST/PDT.

Trading Disabled The Trade function will be disabled from March 25, 2013, post-maintenance until maintenance begins on March 29, 2013.

No trades will be possible during the time listed above. We apologize for the inconvenience.

All Trades active going into the maintenance will be automatically cancelled. Please be forewarned!

2. To receive your Rank rewards, tap the "Final Ranking" button.

4. To receive your Elf Charm rewards, hit the "Receive Elf Charm Reward" button to go to the Elf Charm Rewards page.
5. Then hit the Receive Elf Charm Reward for each unlocked reward you have.

Notice About Rewards

There is an error within the Emerald X Shadow Shakedown event keeping participants from receiving their additional bonus rewards after unlocking all the Elf Charm secret rewards.

For every 20000 BT Pts past 115000 BT Pts that a player earns, that player should receive 1 Soul Stone(L) as a bonus reward.

To remedy the situation, all players who have qualified for the above bonus reward(s), will receive their Soul Stones(L) at the end of the maintenance scheduled for March 19, 2013.

Please check your Inbox for your rewards at that time.

Player Skill-related Error

The following bug has been detected:

Player Skills are not properly conferring their benefits to Leader Units participating in the Emerald X Shadow Shakedown event.

Specifically, if you have changed your Leader Unit during the event, your Player Skills will continue to grant bonuses to your previous Leader Unit while your current leader receives none.

We are currently working to resolve the issue.

• NOTE: Until then, tap on the Quest button from the main page after changing your Leader Unit to properly receive the benefits of your Player Skills.
