Official Announcements July 17, 2015 Thank you for playing FANTASICA. ■Notice for Maintenance We will be performing system maintenance on July 19, 2015 from 2:00 am to 5:00 am PST/PDT, to prepare for a system update. During this time, you will be unable to access or play the game. Please note that maintenance times may be subject to change without prior notice. Furthermore, the following ongoing events / sales will be affected by maintenance on the date above. 1) Event: Gifts from the Sea will draw to a close. 2) Event: A Promise of Home will draw to a close. 3) Card Packs: Three Step Packs will no longer be available. 4) Card Packs: Ultimate Plus Packs will no longer be available. 5) Card Packs: Unlimited Challenger Packs will no longer be available. 6) Card Pack Extras: Event items will no longer be included in any purchases. We apologize for any inconvenience this downtime may cause. ■Seratrix X, SERVITUDE (10★) Display Error We have discovered a a graphical issue in which unleashing 10★ Seratrix, SERVITUDE would cause a display error. The unit itself can still be used normally. A fix is in the works and is scheduled for implementation during the maintenance on July 19, 2015. We truly apologize for any inconvenience this may cause. Three Step Packs include 5 new units that offer advantages to those participating in the Gifts from the Sea event. Three Step Packs will be available starting July 16, 2015, post-maintenance and end on July 19, 2015 at 2:00 am PST/PDT. Additionally, event items will come bundled with some purchases of Three Step Packs. The content and availability of card packs may be subject to change without prior notice. 2) The limited-time event, Gifts from the Sea, begins today! Gifts from the Sea will be available starting from July 16, 2015, right after maintenance and end on July 19, 2015, at 2:00 am PST/PDT. No crisis quests will be available during the Gifts from the Sea event. The Gifts from the Sea event times may be subject to change without prior notice. Quest Episode 57 is now available! Don't forget to check it out! ** ■ Shoot for the Sky Event There were some instances where a portion of players received an outdated item from select Training stages. The matter is still under investigation and recompense has yet to be decided. ■Dhysana, Kiss of Death Error The past completion reward, 8★ Dhysana, Kiss of Death, has been fixed and is now available for use to all players who met her requirements. Recompense for this issue is still under investigation and will be announced at a later time. ■Labyrinth of the Damned Rules Clarification In the rules for the Labyrinth of the Damned event, there were instances where the reward incorrectly appeared as ??? x 1 when they should have read ??? x 3. Rest assured ??? x 3 is correct. ■Notice: Labyrinth of the Damned Rank Rewards Due to technical difficulties, the Ranking results page is not being displayed properly. We truly apologize for any inconvenience this may cause. Please be assured the Rank rewards themselves have been properly distributed to all players eligible. -There was an issue where selling a monster while it was foraging would cause the app to crash when the monster was scheduled to come home.
-As a result, players who have participated in the Monster Familiar event prior to this maintenance will receive Potion(P) x 10.
-■ Season 25 Extreme Packs Extras Mishap
-There was an instance where one of the images of the Season 25 Extreme Pack did not feature the correct bonus item.
-As a result, we will be giving out 1 Overworld Ticket to every player who has started playing prior to this maintenance.
-■ Shoot for the Sky Event
-There were some instances where a portion of players received an outdated item from select Training stages. The matter is still under investigation and recompense has yet to be decided.
-■Hedda, Untamed Strength Misprint
-The card art for Hedda, Untamed Strength, incorrectly shows her as a 6★. Hedda, Untamed Strength is a 5★.
