Notice for Maintenance
Thank you for playing FANTASICA.
We will be performing system maintenance on January 17, from 12:00 am to 3:00 am PST/PDT, to prepare for a system update. During this time, you will be unable to access or play the game.
- Please note that maintenance times may be subject to change without prior notice.
Furthermore, the following ongoing events / sales will conclude with the maintenance on the date above.
- Event: The Guild Prep Phrase will draw to a close.
- Event: Crisis Training will draw to a close.
- Card Packs: The On the Job series will no longer be available.

The following is a list of changes from today's maintenance:
- For a limited time, Dream Packs: Season 7, will be available via your My Page.
- Dream Packs: Season 7 will be available starting January 17 right after maintenance and end on January 27 at 2:00 am PST/PDT.
- A number of newly added units, found only in Season 7 Dream Packs, will offer special bonuses during the FANTASICA Chronicles: Valley of the Djinn event.
- Additionally, Desert Tonics, an item useable during the The FANTASICA Chronicles: VotD event, will come bundled with purchases of Season 7 Dream Packs.
- Please check the banner on your My Page for more details.

- A new event begins today - The FANTASICA Chronicles: Valley of the Djinn!
- The FANTASICA Chronicles: Valley of the Djinn is a guild event where players form guilds and wage war against each for prizes and glory.
- The event dates for the FANTASICA Chronicles: Valley of the Djinn are listed below.
- Guild Prep Phase: January 17, 2014, post-maintenance -- January 20, 2014, maintenance.
- Guild Battle Phase: January 20, 2014, post-maintenance -- January 27, 2014, maintenance.
- The FANTASICA Chronicles: VotD event times may be subject to change without prior notice.
- You must be in a guild before the start of the January 20 maintenance or you will be unable to participate in the first guild battle.
- Trading will be disabled for the duration of the event. Please be forewarned.
- Crisis Training will be available for a limited time!
- Crisis Training will be available starting on January 17, 2014 and ending on January 20, 2014 with the start of the scheduled maintenance.
- Crisis Training is a collection of special training stages that appear randomly throughout the day. You will be alerted when they start via Push Notification, so check them out while you can!
- To access the Crisis Training stages, hit the Training button on the bottom of your My Page and select a Crisis stage from the list of Episodes.
- On the Job Series!
- Don't forget the On the Job series will give you bonuses during the FANTASICA Chronicles: VotD event as well!
- Check them out now for Desert Tonics!

Event Item - Exchange of Unused Windup Keys
Those of you who have unused Windup Keys from the Ghost in the Machine event will find that they have been converted into an equal number of Potions. These Potions have been sent to your Inbox.
Black Sun Rising Head Start Ranking Reward Notice
It has been brought to our attention the reward for ranks 251 to 500 in the Head Start Rankings for the Black Sun Rising event shown on the Head Start Ranking page differed from those printed in the rules.

- Hyper Packs, Premium Card Packs, Premium Boxes, and Premium Megaboxes now have new units.
- The new units will offer advantages to those participating in the Black Sun Rising event, so check them out!
- Additionally, Grail Tickets, an item useable during the Black Sun Rising gifting event, will come bundled with premium purchases.

- Presenting a new gifting event - Black Sun Rising!
- Black Sun Rising is a gift event where players send each other event items for prizes and bonding.

Training Soul Stone(S) Image Error
We are experiencing a technical difficulty where Soul Stone(S)s dropped during Training are displayed as Wake Stone(S)s. Please be assured that the Soul Stones dropped function normally as Soul Stones and that Inventory counts are not affected.
This image display issue will be fixed during the next maintenance on January 14.

- Typo in the Soul Hunters: Vengeance! Rules:
A portion of the text concerning the reward deadline in the Soul Hunters: Vengeance! rules was out-of-date.
The text has been edited and the correct date is now in place.
The deadline to pickup Shard rewards should read February 11, 2013 by 2:00am. We apologize for any inconvenience this may have caused.
- Rewards for completing Mina's Boot Camp will undergo the following change on the date listed below:
Start: February 4, 2013, post-maintenance.
Old : Finish the course within 7 days and get 5 Premium Tickets. New : Finish the course within 7 days and get 1 4* Plus Ticket.
The availability, as well as rewards of Mina's Boot Camp may be subject to change without prior notice. Thank you for your understanding!

On January 25, 2013, we experienced some issues with the Trade system. The problem has since been resolved.
We'd like to take the opportunity to apologize for any inconvenience you may have experienced. As a token of our sincerity, please accept the following recompense.

If you do not access your "My Page" within the Valid Time Period, then you will not receive 3 Aura Spikes regardless of whether or not you are a Recipient or not.

The following is a list of changes from today's maintenance:
- The limited-time event, Soul Hunters: Vengeance!, begins today. Soul Hunters: Vengeance! will be available starting from January 25, 2013 right after maintenance and end on February 4, 2013 at 2:00am PST/PDT. Soul Hunters: Vengeance! event times may be subject to change without prior notice.
- Life Wards are now available for sale at the Shop! Life Wards will increase the number of your own units that you can summon during a Phantom fight. Life Wards cost 100 MobaCoins/Fanta Pts for 1, or 1000 MobaCoins/Fanta Pts for 12.
- Shop Sale. Life Wards, as well as a Shop Sale, can be found on the Shop page starting January 25, 2013 post-maintenance until Maintenance begins on February 4, 2013.
- Rewards for completing Mina's Boot Camp will undergo the following change on the date listed below:
- Start: February 4, 2013, post-maintenance.
- Old: Finish the course within 7 days and get 5 Premium Tickets.

The following is a list of changes from today's maintenance:
- New unit cards have been added
- You have a chance to get these new units through Premium Card Packs, Premium Boxes, and Premium Megaboxes. Also, for a limited time, your chances at getting one of these new units will be tripled.
- The new units will also offer advantages to those participating in the Soul Hunters: Vengeance! event, so check them out.
- Additionally, Aura Spikes (bundled with purchases of Boxes and Mega Boxes), can be used at the start of the next event - Soul Hunters: Vengeance!
- Card Packs may be subject to change without prior notice.
- For a limited time, the Step Up Pack: Season 2, will be available via the Card Pack page.
- Season 2 packs will also include the new units mentioned above. Get them while you can!
- Step Up Packs: Season 2 will offer increased chances to draw new units, Armed Forces units, and of course, 6★ units.
- Step Up Packs: Season 2 will be available starting January 23, 2013 right after maintenance and will end on February 4, 2013 at 2:00am PST/PDT.

How to Receive your School's Out at the Magic Academy! Event Rank Rewards:
Follow the procedure outlined below to receive your School's Out at the Magic Academy! event rank rewards:
- Proceed to the School's Out at the Magic Academy! event page from your Main Page.
- Go to the ranking page by hitting the Ranking button on the bottom of the page.
- Hit the Receive button on the bottom of the Ranking page and your rewards will be sent to your Inbox.
- Check your Inbox for your rewards.
The cutoff date for accepting rewards is Jan 30, 2013 (2:00 am PST/PDT).
If you do not hit the Receive button before this time, you will NOT receive your rewards regardles of eligibility. The cutoff date may be subject to change without prior warning.

- Special Passes are a special item required to undertake Extra Credit.

A new kind of card pack, the Step Up Pack, is available via the Card Pack page. Step Up Packs offer increased chances to draw a 6★ unit. Check out the Step Up Pack banner from your My Page for more details.
Also, the Dark Elf units have reemerged from hiding and will be available again in some Packs for a limited time. Get them while you can!
Step Up Packs will be available starting December 31, 2012 right after maintenance and end on January 7, 2013 at 2:00am PST/PDT.
The content and availability of Step Up Packs may be subject to change without prior notice.
Bug: 3★ Units not included in the Romance of the Three Kingdoms Series Boxes / Packs There was a bug where the following 3★ units were not appearing in the Romance of the Three Kingdoms Series Boxes or Packs. As a result, players could only draw units of 4★ rarity or higher.
Missing 3★ units:
- Lu Xun
- Sima Yi
We apologize for any inconvenience this may have caused and as a token of our sincerity we'd like to provide 1 copy of "Lu Xun" and "Sima Yi" to all players who drew at least 1 Romance of the Three Kingdoms series box or pack since December 26 (post-maintenance.) Please check your Inbox for the cards.
Furthermore, all future Romance of the Three Kingdoms series packs and boxes will now have a chance to include these 3★ units.
