Notice About Rewards

There is an error within the Emerald X Shadow Shakedown event keeping participants from receiving their additional bonus rewards after unlocking all the Elf Charm secret rewards.

For every 20000 BT Pts past 115000 BT Pts that a player earns, that player should receive 1 Soul Stone(L) as a bonus reward.

To remedy the situation, all players who have qualified for the above bonus reward(s), will receive their Soul Stones(L) at the end of the maintenance scheduled for March 19, 2013.

Please check your Inbox for your rewards at that time.

Player Skill-related Error

The following bug has been detected:

Player Skills are not properly conferring their benefits to Leader Units participating in the Emerald X Shadow Shakedown event.

Specifically, if you have changed your Leader Unit during the event, your Player Skills will continue to grant bonuses to your previous Leader Unit while your current leader receives none.

We are currently working to resolve the issue.

• NOTE: Until then, tap on the Quest button from the main page after changing your Leader Unit to properly receive the benefits of your Player Skills.

Error in Reward Distribution

At the closing of today's maintenance, a small portion of users received a reward in error.

Time: February 4, 3:10 am - 4:15 am Details: Players who were supposed to receive the Soul Hunters: Vengeance reward, Oliver the Phantom, were mistakingly given a separate card.

We have rectified the situation and players, who in fact have earned Oliver the Phantom, have received said card. All other unearned rewards have been rescinded.

Furthermore, the level of Oliver the Phantom has been adjusted to match the rescinded reward wherever possible.

In the event that the rescinded reward's level exceeded Oliver's level cap, a further reimbursment of 2 Premium Tickets has also been added to that player's Inbox.

Players who were given the wrong reward, yet have not actually claimed said reward, have had their rewards rectified.

We apologize again for any inconvenience the above may have caused.

Notice for Maintenance Thank you for playing FANTASICA.

We will be performing system maintenance on January 7, from 2:00 am to 5:00am PST/PDT, to prepare for a system update.

During this time, you will be unable to access or play the game.

• Please note that maintenance times may be subject to change without prior notice.

Furthermore, the following ongoing events / sales will conclude with the maintenance on the date above.

1. Events: The limited-time event, The Halls of Valhalla, will draw to a close.
2. Card Pack Extras: Time Elixirs will no longer be included in any purchases.
3. Step Up Packs: Step Up Packs will no longer be available.

A new kind of card pack, the Step Up Pack, is available via the Card Pack page. Step Up Packs offer increased chances to draw a 6★ unit. Check out the Step Up Pack banner from your My Page for more details.

Also, the Dark Elf units have reemerged from hiding and will be available again in some Packs for a limited time. Get them while you can!

Step Up Packs will be available starting December 31, 2012 right after maintenance and end on January 7, 2013 at 2:00am PST/PDT.

Bug: 3★ Units not included in the Romance of the Three Kingdoms Series Boxes / Packs There was a bug where the following 3★ units were not appearing in the Romance of the Three Kingdoms Series Boxes or Packs. As a result, players could only draw units of 4★ rarity or higher.

Missing 3★ units:

• Lu Xun
• Sima Yi

We apologize for any inconvenience this may have caused and as a token of our sincerity we'd like to provide 1 copy of "Lu Xun" and "Sima Yi" to all players who drew at least 1 Romance of the Three Kingdoms series box or pack since December 26 (post-maintenance.) Please check your Inbox for the cards.

Furthermore, all future Romance of the Three Kingdoms series packs and boxes will now have a chance to include these 3★ units.
