Special Edition Dream Packs were introduced to celebrate Fantasica's 3 Year Anniversary. The entire box only contained 33 units, but could not be refreshed like a normal Dream Pack. In addition to several new cards (9★ Medusa, 7★ Medusa, and 5★ Carbuncle), it also contained a reprint of Blandine, and allowed players to select another 9★ reprint of their choice from several options.
