Duo Packs were introduced in July, 2017. Five new, exclusive units were introduced based on voting results from the Some Strings Attached, a Team Event.

Based on earned items from the Some Strings Attached event:
Duo Tickets could be used to draw from Duo Packs, which had a chance at the winning unit.
Duo SP Tickets could be used to draw from Duo SP Packs which gave a higher chance for the winning unit.
Duo DX Tickets could be used to draw from Duo DX Packs which guaranteed the winning 11★ Felix & Huxley.
