Promise Packs were introduced in September, 2015. One new exclusive 10★ Aerina was introduced based on voting results from the A Promise of Home event.

Based on earned items from the A Promise of Home event:
Promise Tickets can be used to draw from Promise Packs.
Promise SP Tickets can be used to draw from Promise SP Packs which gave a higher chance to draw 10★ Aerina.
