Official Announcements August 17, 2015 Thank you for playing FANTASICA. ■The following is a list of changes from today's maintenance: 1) For a limited time, Season 30 Extreme Packs will be available via the Card Pack page. Extreme Packs include new units that offer advantages to those participating in the Bonded by Blood event. Extreme Packs will be available starting Aug. 17, 2015, post-maintenance and end on Aug. 20, 2015 at 2:00 am PST/PDT. Additionally, event items will come bundled with some purchases of Extreme Packs. The content and availability of card packs may be subject to change without prior notice. 2)Presenting a new event - Bonded by Blood! Bonded by Blood is an event where players gain points by gifting items to other players! The Bonded by Blood event will be available starting from Aug. 17, 2015, right after maintenance and end on Aug. 20, 2015, at 2:00 am PST/PDT. The Bonded by Blood event times may be subject to change without prior notice. Event items are available from limited Extreme Packs -- also out today! Extreme Packs will be available starting Aug. 17, 2015, post-maintenance and end on Aug. 20, 2015 at 2:00 am PST/PDT. The content and availability of card packs may be subject to change without prior notice. ■Notice: In-game Purchases The Mobage purchasing system will be down on August 18, 2015 from 11:00 am to 12:00 pm PST/PDT. Please be forewarned. ■Showdown at Camel Crossing, Ranking Rewards The following rank rewards for 2nd～3rd place in the Showdown at Camel Crossing event should have been, but were not listed in the rules section of the event: ・Aurora Essence x 15 Please rest assured that these rewards have been properly distributed to all qualifying players. ■Victory Reward Distribution Error There was an issue in which the Victory Rewards for 12 victories and 14 victories during the Showdown at Camel Crossing event were not being properly distributed. 12th Victory Reward Sent: Soma x 3 Correct Reward: Soma x 5 14th Victory Reward Sent: 6★ and Up Ticket x 1 Correct Reward: 6★ and Up Ticket x 2 We apologize for any confusion this may have caused. The FANTASICA Chronicles: Showdown at Camel Crossing is a guild event where players form guilds and wage war against each other for prizes and glory. Guild Prep Phase: Aug. 10, 2015, post-maintenance -- Aug. 13, 2015, 12:00 am PST/PDT. Guild Battle Phase: Aug. 13, 2015, post-maintenance -- Aug. 17, 2015, 2:00 am PST/PDT. The Showdown at Camel Crossing event times may be subject to change without prior notice. You must be in a guild before the start of the Aug. 13, 2015 maintenance or you will be unable to participate in the first guild battle. Trading will be disabled for the duration of the event. Correct: CP can be restored instantly by using Potions. Please be assured that the actual items used to restore CP are Potions. This misprint has since been amended and we truly apologize for any confusion the above may have caused. ■Reward Distribution Error We have discovered an issue in which past event items were being sent in place of current event items during the Fantasica Frontlines: Arouette's Last Crusade event. The correct event items have been since been sent to all players who received past event items before 6:18 pm PST/PDT on August 6, 2015. We apologize for any confusion this may have caused. The problem has since been resolved and the Season 28 Extreme Packs have been restored to their original, intended form. Please note that the contents of all Season 28 Extreme Packs are working as intended. Players who purchased at least one Season 28 Extreme Pack before the emergency maintenance will receive Time Elixir x 5 as recompense. All players who have registered with Fantasica prior to the emergency maintenance will also receive Potion x 2 as additional recompense. We apologize for any inconvenience the above may have caused.
