Official Announcements If you desire a refund from Apple, please contact the Attorney General of California for their deceptive practices at Mobage and Silicon Studios regarding step up packs, breach of security and breach of EULA. Make sure you file a complaint with the Attorney General of California which can be found here http://oag.ca.gov/contact/consumer-complaint-against-business-or-company you can obtain any and all money spent as a class action lawsuit is pending against these companies. Additionally the FBI is looking into illegal practices, scams, and fraudulent activities by these companies. Most have recovered 5-12 months worth of spending. Know that we all spend a great deal of money on the game trying to rank and the top rankers control all the rewards that are 8* and the 7* are incredibly rare or expensive in game. At this time if you wish for a refund and you are on the iOS version, feel free to contact Apple Support > Billing Problems > and ask the representative for a refund from Mobage/Fantasica. They will credit back your account how you paid whether its a gift card which be put back to your itunes or if its to your credit card. Contact Mobage and Fantasica support they will give you the "Its not my problem and we cant guarentee odds" automatic reply responses. Also advise both of these entities that according to the Attorney General of Colorado and California this is illegal and you should also file a report with the Department of Justice and the FBI. 5. Call Apple and ask for a refund, know that there is a growing complaint with the California Attorney General and get your refund. Sept. 12, 2014 ■Issues With Favors Within the Summer's Last Kiss Event There was an issue where gifting a Youkai Beauty would occasionally cause the game to crash. The problem has since been resolved. Players who have been affected by the above have been identified and will receive recompense following the conclusion of tomorrow's scheduled maintenance.
