■Issues in FANTASICA Update.

We have received reports of the following issues in FANTASICA.

1) Season 44 Step Up Packs Issue

There was an issue where Demon's Day Off event rewards units, 8★ Orr and 6★ Leonora, were being pulled from Season 44 Step Up Packs. We'd like to take the opportunity to apologize for any inconvenience you may have experienced. As a token of our sincerity, please accept the following recompense.

Recipients: Any player that drew 8★ Orr or 6★ Leonora before November 8, 2014, 9:40pm PST/PDT.

Recompense: An 8★ Tulia for each Orr drawn; a 6★ Tanilai for each Leonora drawn.

Receiving Method: Access your "My Page" and the recompense will be sent "From the Fanta team" to your Inbox.

2) Miss Tank Girl Fever Time Issue

There was an issue where Fever Time was not appearing for an extended period of time during the Miss Tank Girl event.

3) Super Fantasica Tactics Reward Issue

There was an issue where the listings for the reward requirements for the 8★ Tank Ticket in-game differed from the listings on the Facebook post. We will get back to you as soon as possible with an update once a solution has been reached.

-Notice for Extended Maintenance-

Thank you for playing FANTASICA.

We experienced a technical issue where a number of units were incorrectly appearing in our Step Up Packs.

The issue has since been resolved as of November 8, 2014 - 21:40 PST/PDT.

Players who drew one of these incorrect units (up until 11/08 @ 21:40 PST/PDT) will receive the intended, correct unit(s) at the conclusion of the maintenance on 11/10 @ 2:00 AM PST/PDT.

Furthermore, none of the units distributed in error will be rescinded.

Further details about the above will also be released at that time.

On a final note, this notice shall serve as the answer to all inquiries regarding the issue.

The 9 newly added Homefront units will give you an edge during the Miss Tank Girl event.

Season 43 Dream Packs will be available starting November 5, 2014 and end on November 10, 2014 at 2:00 am PST/PDT.

Additionally, Gold Medals and Soul Stone(L) will come bundled with some purchases of Dream Packs.

2) The New Game Mash Team Event, Miss Tank Girl, begins today.

Play for rewards in both Fantasica AND Super Battle Tactics!

Miss Tank Girl will start on November 5, 2014 right after maintenance and end on November 11, 2014 at 2:00 am PST/PDT.

Work together with your team and lead your Tank Girl to victory!

3) Monster Recruitment has started.

Wind Walker monsters can now be recruited!

Monster Recruitment will be available starting from November 5, 2014, post-maintenance to November 11, 2014, at 2:00 am PST/PDT.

Monster Recruitment event times may be subject to change without prior notice.

■Dance of Deception Victory Reward Issue

There was an issue with some of the Victory Rewards in the Dance of Deception event.

We apologize for any inconvenience this may have caused.

Players have been sent the correct rewards.

■100 Packs Recompense Update

Players did not receive the Potion recompense for the 100 Packs.

Potions have now been sent to players who did not receive the recompense. We apologize again for any inconvenience the above may have caused.

There was an issue where the bonus units for the Where the Wind Blows event were not raising rare boss encounter rates. The problem has since been resolved.

Recipients: Any player that has registered with FANTASICA before November 4, 2014, 6:30pm PST/PDT.

Recompense: Potion x 10

In the event rules Where the Wind Blows, it said defeating Fire Wolf awards a large number of Clan Pins and EXP. This has been corrected to Hraesvelgr.
