In April 2017, Fantasica held an MVP Rankings event, where MVP players could compete to earn rewards.

MVP Points were earned by participating in the eight events (originally ten) between April 13, 2017, and ?? ??, 2017:

• Taking Soulless - every 1,000 regular BT Points earned 1 MVP Point for MVP players
• Tenets of Service - every 25 regular BT Points earned 1 MVP Point for MVP players
• Elemental Knights! - every 500 regular BT Points earned 1 MVP Point for MVP Players
• The Calm - every 2 regular BT Points earned 1 MVP Point for MVP Players
• The Fantasica Chronicles 52 - every 400 regular GP Points earned 1 MVP Point for MVP Players
• Big Top Trouble! - every 30 regular BT Points earned 1 MVP Point for MVP Players
• In Passing - every 80 regular BT Points earned 1 MVP Point for MVP Players

• Players needed to be an MVP to participate. Fantasica seems to assign MVP status based on the amount of actual money spent on the game.
