Pulling a Three Step Pack granted units, guaranteed 5★ or higher. Each subsequent step increased the chances for 7★+ units:

Three Step Packs 9 introduced one new, exclusive 9★ unit, Tay, which gave bonuses in Heart's True Desire. All other units were reprints and did not offer bonuses.
