��Notice: Emergency Maintenance

Thank you for playing FANTASICA.

An emergency maintenance was conducted to address issues that were directly impacting the game.

We apologize for any inconvenience this downtime may have caused.

As a token of our sincerity, we will be sending recompense during the next maintenance.

��Notice: Dye Packs Issue

3 Problems were found with Dye Packs.

1) On the graphics for Dye Packs, the icon of Couture, Order Maid(5��) should have been Belone, The Needler(6��).

Likewise, the wrong card was sent for the King of Kings Set, Battlebourne Set, and the Needler set - Couture was sent instead of Belone.

The mistake on the graphics have now been amended.

For players who drew from Dye Packs and received Couture, Order Maid(5��) before the emergency maintenance, we have sent the same number of Belone, The Needler(6��).

The Belone that we have distributed in place of Couture have been distributed at Lv 120.

2) Couture, Order Maid(5��), drawn from the Battlebourne and Needler Sets of the Dye Packs, was distributed at level 120, an inappropriate level for a 5��.

We have amended the server so that this unit is now treated as a unit that has undergone 20 Level Breaks.

3) On the graphics for Dye Packs, Trella, Berserker (5��) was marked as a Bonus Unit.

Trella is not a bonus unit, and the graphics have now been amended.

We apologize for these issues and ask that you bear with us as we continue to strive to make FANTASICA the best experience it can be.

5) Card Packs: Ultimate Plus Packs will no longer be available.

6) Card Packs: 3 Year Anniversary Special Dream Packs will no longer be available.

7) Card Pack Extras: Event items will no longer be included in any purchases.

■Notice: Past Event Items

■The following is a list of changes from today's maintenance:

1) For a limited time, Season 22 Extreme Packs will be available via the Card Pack page.

Season 22 Extreme Packs include new units that offer advantages to those participating in the Fanta Tactics: In the Cards event.

Season 22 Extreme Packs will be available starting June 25, 2015, post-maintenance and end on June 28, 2015 at 2:00 am PST/PDT.

Additionally, special event items Liquid Luck and Fool Swords will come bundled with some purchases of Season 22 Extreme Packs.

The content and availability of card packs may be subject to change without prior notice.

2) The limited-time event, Fanta Tactics: In the Cards, begins today.

Fanta Tactics: In the Cards is an event where players will compete to earn high scores for better prizes in the multi-tiered Tower of Fate.

In the Cards will be available from June 25, 2015, post-maintenance to June 28, 2015 at 2:00 am PST/PDT.

The content and schedule for the In the Cards event may be subject to change without prior notice.

■IMPORTANT NOTICE ABOUT THE FANTA TACTICS: IN THE CARDS EVENT■

There is an issue where a number of floor requirements listed on the EXCHANGE CARDS page are not appearing correctly.

・For every instance where you see "%1" it should read "NONE". ・For every instance where you see "NONE" it should read "50F".

For example, 8★ Judgement's floor requirement now appears as "NONE", but should read "50F".

We apologize for the inconvenience.

■Notice: Valor Oath Packs Issue

On June 22, 2015, there was an issue where non-bonus units were temporarily included in the Valor Oath Packs. This was not intended.

We apologize for any confusion or inconvenience this may have caused.

As a token of our sincerity, we have sent the following recompense to all players who drew from Valor Oath Packs before the issue was resolved at 5:55 am PST/PDT, on June 22 2015.

・Free Valor Oath Ticket x 1 for every card drawn from the Valor Oath Packs before June 22, 2015 at 5:55 am PST/PDT.

These Tickets can be used to draw from the newly added Valor Oath Packs.

These Valor Oath Packs will be available from June 25, 2015, post-maintenance to July 1, 2015 at 2:00 am PST/PDT.

The units included in these Packs will be those which were included in the original Valor Oath Packs (available June 22, 2015 to June 25, 2015).

Please note that cards can only be drawn with tickets, and the units will not confer bonuses in any events.

■Notice: Recompense for Emergency Maintenance

On June 22, 2015, from the periods of 2:55 am to 5:55 am PST/PDT, we conducted an emergency maintenance to address issues that were impacting the game.

We apologize for any inconvenience this downtime may have caused.

To express our sincerity, we have sent the following recompense to all players who have registered with the game prior to 5:55 am PST/PDT on June 22, 2015.

■Notice: Fall of the Dragonfly Clan Victory Count Rewards

There was an issue where players with 8 victories did not receive the rewards as listed in the rules for the Fall of the Dragonfly Clan event.

We apologize for any confusion this may have caused, and the following has been distributed to all players who earned 8 victories or more during the event.

There was an issue where Wild Extract(S) was sent as the reward for 80 Victories instead of the appropriate reward - Wild Extract(L).
