Pulling a Three Step Pack granted units, guaranteed 5★ or higher. Each subsequent step increased the chances for 7★+ units:

Three Step Packs 8 introduced one new, exclusive 9★ unit, Libitina, which gave bonuses in Call of the Crystal. All other units were reprints and did not offer bonuses.
