Purchasing from the Secret Packs granted you one of five pre-set card packs, each of which contained 14 units. Not all five packs have the same odds. All Secret Packs included 6★ unit Triton.
There's no limit to the number of packs you can purchase, and you can receive the same pack multiple times.
Only 6★ Triton gave bonuses during the Secrets of the Swamp event, all other units in the Secret Packs were reprints.
