[[Special Edition Dream Packs]] were introduced to celebrate Fantasica's 3 Year Anniversary. The entire box only contained 33 units, but could not be refreshed like a normal Dream Pack. In addition to several new cards (9{{*}} [[Medusa_9|Medusa]], 7{{*}} [[Medusa_7|Medusa]], and 5{{*}} [[Carbuncle_5|Carbuncle]]), it also contained a reprint of [[Blandine]], and allowed players to select another 9{{*}} reprint of their choice from several options.
