Thank you for playing FANTASICA!

We will be performing system maintenance on September 10, 2018 from 10:00 pm to September 11, 1:00 am PST/PDT to prepare for a system update.

During this time, you will be unable to access or play the game.

* Please note that maintenance times may be subject to change without prior notice.

Furthermore, the following ongoing events / sales will be affected by maintenance on the date above.

1) Event: Roll the Dice: Chez Fanta will draw to a close.

2) Event: Defender Quests: School's In will draw to a close.

3) Card Packs: Heroic Packs will no longer be available.

3) Confirm that your Mobage account email is valid and active.

■A Note About Trading in FANTASICA

Trading can be a delicate thing. Therefore, for the sake of all of our players, we'd like to strongly recommend that you refrain from the following activities:

1) Performing multiple trade transactions for a single item / card

In the current system, you are allowed to trade a combination of up to 5 types of items and / or cards in a single transaction. We strongly recommend that you limit each trade to a single transaction to eliminate the risk of deception.

2) Using the Trade system to borrow / lend cards

The Trade system is not in place to support the borrowing and lending of cards. Use it as such at your own peril.

3) Trade Holds

Once you submit a card in a trade, please keep in mind that you may lose the use of that card for up to 48 hours depending on how quickly your trade partner responds. The loss of use of these cards is your responsibility, so please think carefully before including a card in a trade.

IMPORTANT: All trades in FANTASICA are done at your own risk. Any and all outcomes are your own personal responsibility.

■The following is a list of changes from today's maintenance:

1) For a limited time, Heroic Packs will be available via the Card Pack page.

Heroic Packs contain new units that offer bonuses to those participating in the Roll the Dice: Chez Fanta event.

These packs will be available starting on September 4, 2018, post-maintenance and end on September 10, 2018 at 10:00 pm PST/PDT.

Additionally, event items will come bundled with some purchases of these packs.

Schedule and content pertaining to these packs may be subject to change without prior notice.

2) The limited-time event, Roll the Dice: Chez Fanta, begins today!

Chez Fanta will be available starting on September 4, 2018, post-maintenance and end on September 10, 2018 at 10:00 pm PST/PDT.

Schedule and content pertaining to both events may be subject to change without prior notice.

3) Shard Rewards in the In Their Honor Event *Update*

As written in a notice on August 28. 2018, we encountered an issue where players reaching the 600,000 Shard Reward were recieving Soul Stone (L) x 100, instead of the Soul Stone (L) x 1 stated in the rules.

We have addressed the issue as follows--

1) We have rescinded all 100 of the Soul Stones (L) that were distributed in error and sent those players Soul Stone (L) x 1, as is stated in the rules.
2) Players who have exchanged their Soul Stones (L) for LP have had their LP totals reduced

Players affected by 1) can find their Soul Stone (L) in their Inboxes!

We apologize for any inconvenience the above has caused.

■Reminder About Account Registration

We would like to offer players a kind reminder to register their accounts with an active email address and properly record their passwords in a safe place as to not lose access to their accounts.

It is very difficult to ascertain a player's ownership of an account after they have lost access to the email address they originally registered the account with.
